Training Programs

What types of safety training does Island CERTS offer?

Island CERTS offers a wide range of training including OSHA 10 & 30, EM 385-1-1, Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection, Forklift Operation, Rigging & Signalperson, and more. All training is designed for real-world job site readiness.

Are your training courses certified and compliant?

Yes. Our courses are compliant with OSHA standards, EM 385-1-1, and other recognized safety regulations. Participants receive valid certification upon completion.

Inspections & NDT Services

What kinds of inspections do you perform?

We perform non-destructive testing (NDT), crane and heavy equipment inspections, API 653 tank inspections, and DOT tank inspections to ensure operational safety and compliance.

Are your inspections recognized by government agencies?

Yes. Island CERTS inspections are in accordance with federal and industry standards, and documentation can be provided for compliance audits or agency submission.

Scheduling & Availability

How do I schedule a training session or inspection?

You can schedule by contacting us through our Facebook page, email (dispatch@islandcerts.org), or by calling (671) 653-5501. We also offer mobile training and inspections upon request.

Do you offer on-site or off-site training?

Yes. We offer both on-site and off-site training depending on your location and company needs. We also travel to military and government project sites.

Company & Coverage

Where is Island CERTS Corporation based?

We are based in Guam and serve clients across the island and surrounding Pacific regions, including military bases, contractors, and government agencies.

Do you offer services outside of Guam?

Yes, we support clients in nearby islands and locations, especially for training and inspection contracts related to U.S. federal or military projects.

Certification & Records

How long are your certifications valid?

Most certifications are valid for 1 to 3 years, depending on the course type and regulatory requirement. Contact us if you need to renew or verify validity.

​Can I request a copy of my lost certificate?

Yes. Please email dispatch@islandcerts.org with your name and training details. We can reissue certificates upon verification.

Payment & Registration

How do I pay for training or inspection services?

Payment methods vary depending on the service. We accept company payments, government purchase orders, and direct invoicing. Contact us for details.
